How to peel a kiwifruit
I wanted to eat a kiwifruit, and when I took a knife in my hand, I started to think that maybe there is an easier and not so ’sticky’ way to peel it. I searched the Internet and found this useful video:
Here is my result:

Not so pretty as shown in the video, but it’s definitely better than the way I had been doing it before. I guess I need some practice.

On a Walk
My friend and I went for a walk with her dog. She has a very nice German shepherd. We went through a park to a lake with swans and ducks.
We saw a swan flying with his legs in front, almost sitting. Not horizontally, like birds usually fly, but almost vertically. With his big white wings on the back like eagle’s, trying to break when he touched the surface of water, but he flew just a few centimeters above it.
We haven’t managed to take a photo of the spectacular view, because it happened too fast.
When I came closer, they started to hiss. My friend said they didn’t like the dog, but I still think they didn’t want me to approach. I didn’t have bread or anything, why would they want me?
Anyway, we still managed to take some photos of them:

On the way back, we saw a woman with a leash in her hand, but we couldn’t see any dog with her or around in the park, so we decided that she was taking a walk with her imaginary friend.

New nickname
Actually, it’s an addition to my current name Weltkind. When I became weltkind, I thought the name was unique. Indeed, I have never been prevented from registrations, because such a name was taken or anything, but when I searched google, I found so many weltkinds.. They were mostly german (no wonder))), which I’m not, but still, so i decided to create a new nickname someday. For some reason, which would take too long to describe here, it had to sound like Favly (like A in ‘favourite’ or like U in ‘fun’- I couldn’t decide). Every word was found in google, so I have been thinking how to write it in an unique way for about two months
Finally (today) I have thought of Favleey. As I’m quite famous as Weltkind, I’ll just add Favleey and be Favleey Weltkind, so that the use of both nicknames for one person is justified)).

A surprise
Recently my friend (we both live in Latvia) sent me a post and today I was waiting for a sheet of paper to come telling me I should go to the postoffice to get it. When I came to check my mailbox first time, there wasn’t any paper. When i came second time it was there! I was very happy and came back to the computer to tell her I received the invitation and would go to the postoffice to get the mail.
Then I started to read the paper further and saw that it was from Great Britain! I was really surprised and started to laugh. I was excited though and guessed who could be the sender)) When I got the mail there was a cute bear
Thanks Colin!!

A View From My Window
Actually i was describing it to my friend on March 21, but remembered it now and decided to share.
There is an orange moon! Just imagine an orange sun (i think it’s easier), but it’s shining in the dark blue sky.. there’s even light shining around the moon, i can see clouds.. yes, clouds in a dark blue sky.. they are a bit lighter than the sky is.. and also some lines as if someone wanted to spread the moon.. (actually the picture had changed several times while i was typing and now it’s round and with the same round shining as it was at first). It reminds me of a song ‘The whole of the moon’ by The Waterboys.
And then white ‘things’ appeared in the sky, they were clouds. Different ones. Then the moon disappeared but then i could see how it was showing up again. The dark clouds were slowly moving away. I never watched the sky at night before. It was fascinating!
